Shipping policy

Jersey - Flat rate of £3.95 (FREE when you spend £100)

United Kingdom – Flat rate £6.95 (FREE delivery when you spend over £150). United Kingdom means any address with a valid UK postcode including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Channel Islands.  Please allow 3 to 7 days for delivery.

Europe (EU) – Flat rate of £14.99 regardless of the value or number of items ordered, or FREE when you spend £150. Our standard delivery is by Royal Mail Airmail International Signed For Service, and will typically take 3-7 days.

International - Flat rate of £17.99 regardless of the value or number of items ordered, or FREE when you spend £150. Our standard delivery is by Royal Mail Airmail International Tracked Service, and will typically take 3-10 working days.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

We will e-mail you when your order is dispatched, you can also track your orders, if you require a tracking number, email us a tracking number request and we will email you a tracking number.

TAXES

Please note that all items shown include local taxes and tariffs (Jersey and UK only). We do not charge European sales tax. This tax will be due at your point of entry if it is withheld by Customs. If you are unsure about your local taxation charges, please check before making your purchase so there are no nasty surprises!. LOST GOODS

Royal Mail will not deem a parcel to be lost until 14-21 days after delivery. In the unlikely event that you have not received your goods by this time, please contact us. We regret that we cannot issue a refund to you until the loss has been established.
